The Treatment

Beginning with a thorough foot cleanse, using a choice of handmade soaps infused with essentials oils and nourishing butters to refresh tired feet.

Before proceeding with a long warm aromatherapy infused foot soak. Soothe and warm the feet deeply, boosting circulation and dry skin alike.

Temperature maintained throughout the long soak in the electronic foot spa. Including a gentle bubble massage, with or without vibration, alongside a calming guided meditation or gentle music to aid in maximum relaxation.

Followed by soothing foot massage with nourishing organic handmade balms to soothe the skin of the feet from the heel to the tips of the toes. Bringing comfort to the foot, ankle and lower leg

Finishing off with a fresh pair of warmed bed socks to complete the service and a choice of complementary herbal teas to enjoy following the treatment.

A choice of soaps, salts, balms and essential oils will be provided during the appointment and can be mixed or matched to suit individual preferences or requirements.

Citrus Zing- uplifting, zesty and refreshing lemon, sweet orange and bergamot - ideal for cleansing

Lavender- calming for the mind and the body.

Herbal Fresh- tea-tree, peppermint, eucalyptus - ideal for most common foot ailments.

Alternative oils may be available on request, please discuss during consultation.

All towels and linen will be provided, laundered using antibacterial agents and steam cleaned for hygienic purposes and scented during the treatment with a choice of aromatherapy essential oils.

All care is taken to prevent spillages and preserve flooring and any mishaps will be cleared without delay to maximise safety.

The therapist will need access to

~ a place to gather warm water

~ a place to discard used soapy water

~ a plug socket to provide a small amount of power to the foot spa

Regular Treatment Options

Repeat Appointments are eligible for discounted rates if arranged following initial treatment.

Weekly

Weekly appointments over a 4 week period can take advantage of a 10% discount of the overall cost of treatment.

£140 becomes £125

Full deposit of £60 and booking conditions remain required for each booking.

Monthly

Monthly Appointments over a 3 month period can take advantage of a £10 discount of the overall cost of treatment

£105 becomes £95

Full deposit of £45 and booking conditions remain required for each booking.

Payment Information

A £15 deposit is required at booking to confirm the appointment.

Once the time slot is confirmed and the therapist is available, a telephone or email consultation is necessary to collect some basic health information in order to tailor the treatment to the individual needs of the client.

A full deposit refund will be provided if the treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation, or the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the booked appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled after 48 hours notice, no refund may be given due to the short notice to fill the appointment time slot. Alternatively appointments can be rearranged if the timeslot becomes unsuitable.

The remaining £20 cost should be paid at the time of appointment and can be paid in cash or by contactless card payment via shopify Point of sale technology.

If carers are making the appointment for their elderly relatives who may not be familiar with holistic services, it is advised to be present during the initial appointment to bring ease to the client. Why not enquire about a joint appointment and enjoy the carers discount?

Minimal-Contact Massage

For those who dislike prolonged contact of the feet and would find a hand delivered massage uncomfortable, an alternative choice to enjoy the benefits of massage is available by preplacing with using an electric foot massager. finished with a swift application of the nourishing balms to benefit the skin.

 

Deep Clean Detox Massage

For a luxurious and thorough cleanse boost the standard treatment to include an ionising detox treatment.

same treatments as previously described with the extra 15 minute detox salt soak foot bath to draw out deeper impurities following the foot cleanse, before enjoying the soak in the foot spa, and massage of your choice.

 

Red Light Therapy

A thorough foot cleanse, an ionising detox treatment, a soak in the aromatherapy infused foot spa followed with a 10 minute comfortable and warming air dry under the photobiomodulation infrared lamps before enjoying the massage of your choice.

Some soaps and oils are not recommended to be applied to sore, inflamed or broken skin. Advice will be provided against usage if the skin is irritated or otherwise problematic.

An acknowledgment waiver will need to be completed if treatment is continued, that may include photographing the irritation prior to treatment in order to accurately diagnose any further inflammation during the treatment. Alternative soaps or lotions may be used if provided.
